This new apartment building contains 159 purpose rental units with two levels of underground parking. The L-shaped building ranges in height from 7 storeys to 10 storeys.
There will be approximately 6,000 sf of indoor and outdoor amenity space, including a gym/yoga studio, multi-purpose room, library, outdoor lounge, and barbecue areas. There is an existing apartment building, adjacent to the site with a swimming pool, basketball court and an open play area which this new building will share. Construction activities must be carefully planned for minimal disruption to occupants of the existing building.
The building will have a new and separate entrance to the underground parking, loading and garbage collection area. The eastern half of the property will be excavated to allow for pedestrian thoroughfare.
