Quality
“LCG is committed to providing quality service that meets our client expectations and industry standards through the measurement and continuous improvement of processes
throughout our businesses.”
The objective of LCG’s Construction Quality Program (CQP) is to make sure the quality requirements specific to each project’s contract documents are achieved. Our CQP is based on three principles:
Systematic Execution – specific Project Quality Plans with processes and procedures
Integrated Problem Solving – tracking issues, nonconformances, and deficiencies identified by LCG, our client, consultants, subcontractors, or others. Specified completion requirements are also logged and tracked.
Continuous Learning – we learn from our challenges and
continually refine our processes and procedures.
The LCG CQP is scalable and is designed to capture each client’s unique requirements.
Prior to the commencement of each project, our site team develops a project specific quality plan. The Project Quality Plan (PQP) is reviewed and signed off by the branch manager. This provides executive oversight to how we will approach, manage and deliver quality construction for each project. The standard PQP is implemented throughout the project planning, execution, and completion stages of each LCG project, starting at contract award.
