Crosstown Block 5A

This 27-storey, mixed-use building is located within the large-scale redevelopment of the Celestica Lands in the Toronto neighborhood of Don Mills in the Crosstown Community. It will contain a mix of affordable rental units along with retail space, a nursing home, and a daycare facility.

The project will bring 390 affordable rental units to the community, proposed in a mix of 58 studios, 214 one-bedrooms, 79 two-bedrooms, and 39 three-bedrooms.

The majority of the proposed GFA will be residential space dedicated to both the affordable rental units and nursing home facilities. The retail footprint is proposed at 4,900 sf, while the daycare facility would take up 4,400 sf.
