This Construction Management project consists of a new 15-storey above grade cast-in-place concrete mixed use building with 167 purpose built rentals. There will be a retail/ commercial space on the group and mezzanine floors.

The building is designated for long-term premium class rental. In the current rental market, it requires a sophisticated building automation system integrated with a building security system that allows for not only remote control of the property from the security point of view, but also the management of major mechanical, electrical and other building systems with minimum disruption of tenants.

Various options are being reviewed for the currently esigned BAS, including ‘Smart Home’ systems that would allow full or partial automation of many residential comfort features in the suites.
